Remove Copilot from task bar, windows search and Edge via GPO windows 2019

Can anyone help with a step by step guide on how to do this? Seems like you have to download templates.

Disable Copilot though GPE (with step by step instructions) = second part of the page:

I think the easiest way is through the Registry though

You cannot remove it, but can disable it as @RogerOver guided .. unless you use other browsers, Microsoft is forcing users to use C-Pilot, it will be compulsory in 24H2

Lots of browsers to choose from, good and bad, qwith your on choice of search providers. It is certainly the quickest way to be rid of copilot
