Use SysMinion .. Google it, its freeware which capable to remove Provisioned APPX (pre-installed application in W11) .. but handle with care when removing some stuffs, which can lead to unstable OS ..

Also, Optimizer by Hellzerg; has additional features for optimizing performance and the network, etc.
