fixed it myself, down loaded Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard 64 bit it seems to me newer than what I had. Restarted lap top no keyboard on screen on start up. I would suggest up dated drivers to people I have had other issues that update drivers have fixed.
Maybe add that in next update a tool to search computers to update old drivers or suggest having drivers updated.
