Revert to Windows 10

Hi All,
My desktop updated to Windows 11 prematurely (I wasn't quite ready for it). I tried to use Sys Restore to no avail. Can I install windows 10 Back on top of 11 without losing programs and files (All data)? I have the installation files to run.
