Screen saver and power-off monitor are not working

since the last win11 update, my monitor won't use the screen saver and won't turn off.
It is set to start screen saver after 5 minutes
and turn off the monitor after 15 minutes.

The screen will stay on for hours.

I removed these settings and reapplied them to no avail.

Please help!
