Shared printer stopped working after a windows update error code 0x00000040

We are facing this issue when we try to reconnect the sharing printer after a windows update. We have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: ran the Printer Troubleshooter, cleared and reset the Printer Spooler, deleted, reinstalled, and updated the printer drivers, and uninstalled recent updates on both the main pc and the shared one.
System Information:
Printer: SAMSUNG (SL-M2620)
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro

How is the printer connected to a computer, USB, Wireless/Wi-Fi or Wireless Direct [if offered]? To avoid issues with multi-computers I have 2 printers connected to my Wireless Router via Ethernet cables and any computer that can access the Router can have the printers installed. An advantage is that no particular computer has to be running to provide that access for other computers.
