After a recent update to Windows 11 Pro 23H2, users in our organization are experiencing sound and microphone problems with their Asus Expertbook Model: B1400C. Despite attempting troubleshooting steps such as System Restore, Driver Uninstall/Rollback, and reinstalling sound drivers, the issue remains unresolved. Have others encountered this problem and discovered effective solutions?
