Hello, I would like to completely remove the disabled items, or at least some of them, from the Startup apps list. I tried to search a solution online but all I gat is how to disable or enable a startup program, which obviously I got the answer about how to do it. Is there a way to actually remove the items from the list ? Thank you, a good day to all.

If it's just part of Windows, leave it Disabled, and if it's a "Program", then UN-Install it, maybe with "Revo UnInstaller.
Don't fester over it.

Cheers,

I commonly use Chameleon Startup Manager Pro (Portable) which never requires installation and antivirus friend. Download from the link below and also I have attached the screenshot of my fast and stable starup configuration, you follow as mine if you wanted to. After cleanup / removal there will be 3 folders created under User\Documents named Cache, Log & Startup Manager Configuration which is safe to be deleted.
