Taskbar System Icons Not Loading On Startup

So, the problem is in the title. I have the Taskbar set to automatically hide. At startup, most of the time the system icons (clock, date, network, etc.) do not load. The Startup, Edge, File Explorer, etc. icons load fine. To turn back on the system icons, I need to go into taskbar settings and disable Automatically Hide Taskbar, and then enable it again for the icons to appear. As I say, this will happen roughly 7-8 startups out of 10. It is highly annoying to load the settings option to see something that should be there all the time. Any suggestions?
