I suddenly had a problem logging in "This sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns". I've struggled for five days and tried everything and finally I emptied the C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC folder and could then start a login using my Microsoft account. After typing the password it now asks to create a PIN. I click Next and it starts spinning saying "Just a moment" and it goes on and nothing else happens. Any ideas what this is?
