I’ve been having an issue with my 2017 Alienware laptop after doing a fresh install of Windows 10. I completely wiped the drive and reinstalled the OS. After the installation and reboot, I was able to see the login screen, but after entering my PIN, it said there was no profile. I reinstalled Windows 10 again, and this time it booted up like a new computer.

I checked for updates, which downloaded and installed, but during the installation or reboot process, I lost access to all websites. Even the updates couldn’t connect to Microsoft to finish downloading. I tried reinstalling Windows 10 a few times, then upgraded to Windows 11, but the same issue occurred.

I’ve tried various fixes, including clearing browser cache, clearing SSL, disabling Chrome extensions, and more, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks!
