Hi.
I’ve had my HP Pavilion x360 for around four years, and it has been in perfect working condition until recently.
My touchpad randomly turns off and does not respond. The mouse cursor does not appear on the screen.
I have tried restarting my laptop, which temporarily fixes the issue until it occurs again. I have also tried opening my touchpad settings in "Devices," but the touchpad does not even appear there. The touchpad works when I connect an external USB mouse, but I prefer using the trackpad over an external mouse or the touchscreen.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
