Touchpad Only Works with Bluetooth Device

Hi everyone,
I've been experiencing this issue with my ROG Strix G513RM for about two years now, and I still haven't found a solution. The touchpad sometimes functions properly, and other times it doesn't respond at all. However, it seems to work fine whenever I'm using a Bluetooth device like a headset.
