Transactions not downloading to MS Money after new credit card issued

Since I received a new credit card due to fraud detection, MS Money is not showing transactions for the new card, even though the bank confirms they are downloaded. Transactions for other accounts are downloading as normal.

No solution but a question, Which version of MS Money? It's mostly discontinued.

The issue may lie in security features/requirements between new processes and older programs.
