Hey!

Some time ago, I created a local administrative account to avoid using the Microsoft logged-in admin account. Now, I want to switch back to the Microsoft account and change the local account to standard. However, when I tried changing it to standard in Control Panel, it said, "This is only admin account hence you can't make it standard."

I'm confused when I have the main admin account with Microsoft, why is this happening?

Rather than change I'd go to Users and set up a new Microsoft Account and make it with Administrative rights, create password and maybe add a PIN. No real point in making a Local Account as Standard unless others use the computer and don't want them able to make a lot of the changes an Admin can. But the Local User can be deleted later, log off/signout of the Local and reboot, should get the Microsoft Account on the screen and log in. Then manage the Users as desired.
