Troubles with Windows 11 Update

In December, I bought a new desktop specifically for my kids' video games. Initially, everything ran smoothly with the correct specs, but after a Windows 11 update, things took a turn for the worse. Is it likely that the update caused the issues? Is there a way to uninstall Windows 11 and revert back to Windows 10?
