Turning on one drive on Win11 PRO

while back I turned off OD syncing on notebook since I was away from home. How do I get one drive folder back on explorer and restart syncing? And how do I set OD to keep files on OD since notebook has limited space and also limit sync time?

Tried reinstalling OD and still does nothing when clicked on, also no icon in notice area. I can login to OD in edge and all files are there. I can also open any OD documents in M365 word and create, edit, save

Downloaded OD, runs with getting things ready, then window closes... and nothing!

Remove / Uninstall fully OD -> Restart PC -> Re-Install OD via Microsoft Store -> Restart PC -> Open OD and Login
