Unable to Empty Recycle Bin in Windows 11

As the title suggests, I'm having trouble emptying anything in Windows 11, particularly the Recycle Bin. Despite running a system check, the issue persists. There are no 'important system files/folders' in the Recycle Bin Tthe problem seems to persist regardless of the locale settings, even when using the EN locale.
Any advice on resolving this issue would be appreciated.

Can it be assumed [yeah, I know what that means] that the Recycle Bin icon on the Desktop is being right-clicked and Empty Recycle Bin is being clicked on? But then there's nothing about the computer such as Make, Model Name, Model Number, Windows version and build.
