After installing the KB5041169 update on Windows 11, a new app called "Continue from Phone" appeared. This app cannot be opened, uninstalled, or even viewed on the Microsoft Store. When checking its settings by right-clicking on it in the Start menu, it is listed as "Windows Feature Experience Pack."

I’m considering using a third-party uninstaller to remove it, but is it safe to do so?

Try sysminion from Stefano Bordoni. I's very trustworthy and I never had any problem to remove store apps.
You can remove both: Installed Apps and Provisionned Apps.
Click on one of the categories, chose whatt you want to remove (I think it's something with cross app ..., dont recall exactly), then click on "commit" in the upper right !
