My external hard drive was functioning well until today, when it began to be recognized as "unknown USB device (port reset failed)." I tried changing the USB slot, updating drivers, restarting the computer, and checking for updates, but the issue persists. All my other devices are working properly, so I'm unsure why my SSD is having this problem.
