Update to windows 11 to Windows 11 Pro

I have a Windows Surface pro x with an ARM SQ2 processor running Windows 11. It seems not to want to update to windows 11 pro, no error messages it just stops on the error message page without offering any code or text. I understand that not all software runs on the SQ2 processor (yet). Should I await an update or await a slightly different version of Windows 11 Pro?
I also notice I cannot demand a scan as I wish?
