When I try to download Roblox, it shows "Retry."

I click it, it spins, says "Pending," then "Acquiring License," and then returns to "Retry." Under the retry button, it says "there has been an error, see details." When I click "see details," it shows error code 0xC0EA000A. I tried researching the error, but nothing worked. How do I fix this?
