Why is the 2023-11 update for Windows 11 causing issues?

We’ve been dealing with a problem on my brother's ASUS A515 laptop after installing the 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 (KB4023057). The update seems to have caused a BSOD, and none of the restore points or typical fixes (SFC, CHKDSK) worked. After spending two days trying to resolve the issue, we ended up reinstalling Windows 11.

Has anyone else faced this issue with this update? Should we be suspending updates until a fix is available?
