Wi-Fi Not Working After July Update on Windows 11 23H2

I have an ASUS Strix G531GT with Windows 11 version 23H2. After a recent update i can no longer turn on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. In Device Manager, the Intel 9462 AC wireless LAN driver shows "the requested operation is not successful."

I've tried disabling and re-enabling the driver, reinstalling it, and even reinstalling Window but the problem persists. What else can i do?
