Window clock keeps changing the time

Hi.

Each day when I turn on my PC, the clock is not displaying the right time.
It doesn't matter if it's set to Auto sync or manual adjust... it keeps displaying different hours, it's always behind the real time.

Is this a known bug?

No. I can only suggest you work through the time setup again. Make sure you have the country or time zone correct. These are mine, for example:
