Windows 11 - can't click anywhere

Hello to everyone.

I have a problem.

I'm away from the computer for say 10 minutes and when I come back, I move the mouse and then everything is blocked, but I can still move the arrow, I just can't click anywhere for a few seconds.

How to solve that bug?

Fresh installed Windows 11 with all drivers ofc.

Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to open Task Manager and see if there's any running applications using high resources, are you on SSD or normal HDD?

A screenshot of Task Manager would be fine :)
