Windows 11 CPU

Hello all I'm new on here and not a nerd so please be gentle, I currently have a PC with ASRock 320 motherboard the CPU I believe to be 2017 and isn't supported by windows 11. I am willing to do a clean install but unsure if I will receive updates or not as not 100% clear, I have had the oc approximately 1year. I have altered bios to support tmp2 I think it's called so only leaves the CPU that doesn't reach the specs although it actually does it's outdated. If I will get updates will install other option to change CPU but which one is supported and cost as ona a budget ? Would have to have onboard graphics,many thanks for any replies ?socket is AM4
