Windows 11 doesn't recognize usb devices on startup

Hi,

Recently, my computer has stopped recognizing usb devices (mouse, keyboard, and WiFi) after going into standby mode. When I shut down the pc using the power button and turn it back on, it boots to the login screen, but the usb devices remain unrecognized, preventing me from logging in. Approximately one out of four times, Windows boots into recovery mode, indicating that Windows did not start correctly. i tried to repair Windows through this method have been unsuccessful. How can I fix my PC without losing all my files?

Use Media Creation Tool and make a fresh ISO, run Setup.exe from the ISO USB / Disc while you're logged into WIndows .. and follow the instructions ..
