Hi,
My daughter had a laptop set up by her school which now has Windows education 11 on it. In my attempts to swap the computer to me (she has since been issued with a new school computer), windows is now de-activated on it. I purchased Windows 11 home but am unable to install or swap to that version. I am fine with wiping and starting again if necessary, but can't seem to find the correct steps to do this. There is nothing important stored on the computer. Any advice as to how to proceed?

Thanks

I'll make a guess that computer may not have the ODD/Optical Disc Drive in it so there's 2 choices, one is to use the MCT/Media Creation Tool to get the creation of a bootable USB Thumb drive [8GB] and the other is to use a USB External ODD to run the disc from.
