Windows 11 ~ File Explorer Crashes

Hi, Since installing Windows 11, I find that when clicking on a folder in File Explorer, the action is much slower than with Windows 10, and very often Explorer crashes with a black screen, and then reverts to desktop screen, and Explorer has closed. This can happen a number of times in quick succession, or randomly, perhaps once in an hour.

Very frustrating, and time-wasting when working.

Please offer any advice for resolving.
