Hello,
When I set up Windows 11, selecting Shutdown causes the computer to shut down for 0.5 seconds, then the relay clicks (likely from the PSU), and it restarts. I had this problem before, so I reverted to Windows 10, which worked fine.
Before reverting, I changed all my hardware (except the processor) and disconnected all peripherals, but the issue persisted. Upgrading to Windows 11 resolved the issue initially, but a fresh install brought the problem back.
I've tried various solutions (BIOS settings, upgrades and downgrades, registry tweaks, device manager adjustments, power options, and CMD commands) with no luck.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
