Windows 11 restore to restore point not completing

When I try to restore to a previous restore point it goes thru the motions then after it finishes it has a message saying it did not complete and no files were restored. I uninstalled all antivirus programs and firewalls but did not fix.

Try system restore within safe mode. This usually works.

I can get into Safe Mode OK but when I click on the search bar it goes away without letting enter anything, So I can't figure out how to run restore in safe mode. Also a 2nd problem now. My Calendar no longer shows up on my apps list. When I go to the play store it says it's already installed and should be in the all apps list.

Which play store are you referring to? Do you mean Microsoft App Store?
Usually you would Click Start>Settings>Recovery>Advanced startup then Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. Or Hold shift then restart the PC & continue holding Shift until it reaches the Troubleshoot menu.
