My Windows 11 updates are stuck at 0%, and the Microsoft Store is also frozen at 0% for any downloads or updates. Network access is fine—Steam, browsers, and games work normally.
I’ve tried running the update diagnostic tool and various fixes like stopping and restarting services (BITS, wuauclt, etc.), but nothing has worked. The update history shows that Windows 11 version 23H2 was installed successfully on 7/31/2024, with the last update being on 8/31/2024 (KB5042099).
The current version Windows reports is 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3880). Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!
