Windows app issues: Assistance needed

Hello and thank you in advance for answering my question. Lately, I've had an issue where apps on my PC (including Windows apps sometimes) don't launch normally. If I run them as an administrator, they may open and work as intended. This problem has been gradually increasing and affecting more and more apps

Then first click on SFC Scan and run it (see screenshot)



When SFC Scan has finished run "Restore" (when clicking on Restore, a second window will open, choose "online").

Wait until it is finished, it takes a few minutes, then restart your computer.
