After downloading a driver for a new thermal printer, I encounter an issue during installation. A window pops up stating: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
I right-clicked the driver software and I do have permissions to access it.

How can I resolve this issue and ensure that Windows allows the installation of this printer driver?

Below is the driver software path:
C:\Users\User\Downloads\4barcode.driver.1.0.0.148 (3).exe

Copy that file to another folder eg. C:\Downloads\ and access it else make a folder called C:\Downloads\ then point your browser downloading point to there and re-download and access the file from there ..

You taking ownership is not complete so dont use C:\Users\Users\
