Windows Hello setup issues on Windows 11

Hi All,

I’m trying to set up biometrics with Windows Hello on Windows 11, but the setup page keeps saying my camera is not installed and my biometrics are not being read. The page just restarts. I’ve already deleted and reinstalled my drivers, but it hasn’t resolved the issue.

I’m using an HP ZBook. Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
