Hello! I have an HP Z1 G8 Tower Desktop PC. You can see the specifications here.
It came with Windows 11 Pro 64 preinstalled, but it crashed, so I had to reinstall the Windows 11 Pro 64 OS. Now the OEM key is not being accepted, and the activation status is inactive.
I obtained the OEM key using the following command:
wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey
However, when I try to change the product key, I get a notice saying it is not a valid product key.

In the Command Prompt window, type the following command to change the product key: changepk.exe /ProductKey XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

or else type changepk.exe in CMD it will redirect you to the activation page ..

When reinstalling a user just needs to skip entering the key, once signed in with a Microsoft account the pc will automatically activate.
You can always use the default key which will activate Windows if there’s a genuine key connected to your account.
