Wiping everything and starting fresh: I have a Virus on My Lapto

I suspect there's a virus on my laptop, despite having Kaspersky installed. I want to completely erase everything on my C drive, including program files and Windows. How can I do this? Also, how do I reinstall everything anew?

Suspicion is not a fact, its fear. What makes you think you have a virus?? Does your Kaspersky does not find anything??
