Xbox App Doesn't show All Installed Games

I noticed that the Xbox App only shows 2 of my Windows Store downloaded games. However, the Xbox Console App shows all of my Windows Store Downloaded games.

Does it show all of your games under the library button? Not all of mine show on the sidebar or in the store, but they're all available under library:
