"Your organization manages updates on this PC" message during Windows 11 upgrade

My computer is an at home computer, But when I try to update or even run the windows check if windows 11 will run. I get a message
your organization manages updates on this computer.
Problem is I'm not on any organization it is just my home computer.
Tried googling and followed several ways to change out of the group policy.
So far nothing has worked.
Any ideals this has never been anything but my home computer and updates used to work.

Same issue. I read that there is a Win 11 update issue. So MS may have disabled it to prevent further issues.
