I’m getting repetitive blue screens (4-7 times a day)

Hi,

I have minimal tech knowledge as I mainly use my laptop for studying. I’m experiencing frequent blue screens on my Windows 11 Vivobook Flip 14, with crashes occurring 4-7 times a day. This issue has worsened over the past six months, and the crashes often happen in quick succession.

Here are some error codes I’ve encountered:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (this was the only code for the first 30 crashes)
CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (recently occurring frequently)
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (first occurrence five days ago)
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (first occurrence five days ago)
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues.
