Realtek audio driver issue after Windows 11 update

Hello. After a recent Windows 11 update, I discovered that several drivers are no longer supported, including my Realtek audio driver. I need to find a driver so I can hear and record audio. Where can I get a compatible Realtek audio driver? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
