I'm having trouble finding the Realtek HD Audio Manager both in my control panel and device manager.
Here are my motherboard details: ASUSTech Computer Inc, Product: PRIME B70MA-WIFI D4, VERSION: Rev.1xx

I downloaded this audio driver, then here's what happened: setup > install > pc restarted > dwm crash > restart pc again > no more dwm crash > still no realtek audio

I'm just trying to figure out if I missed downloading additional drivers, need to update other drivers, or if I did something wrong somewhere in the process. Thank you!

Did you try to run the Troubleshooter?
From Sound Icon
Right-click on the Speaker/Headphone icon in the taskbar
Select "Troubleshoot sound problems”

You can also unplug the computer for 30 minutes, then plug it in again and turn on.
