Windows 11 fresh install keeps crashing on “Just a Moment” screen

I have an NZXT Player 3 prebuilt PC. During setup, after naming the device, it gets stuck on the “Just a Moment” screen and then crashes, sending me back to the beginning. I’ve tried reinstalling Windows multiple times and reseated the RAM, but the issue persists. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
